This is a plainlanguage draft covering how bookings, payments and accounts work on workx.pk today. Please have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it as your final, legally binding terms.
These terms govern your use of the WorkX website (workx.pk), your WorkX account, and any workspace, seat, room or service you book with WorkX Coworking ("WorkX", "we", "us"), located at 336 G3 Main Blvd, Block G3 Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore. By submitting an enquiry, creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Submitting the enquiry or contact form is a request for us to follow up with you, it does not itself confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed once our team has verified your requirement and, where applicable, payment has been received.
Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page and is quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) per the stated unit (per shift, per hour, or as noted). We accept credit/debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer. Prices may change; the price confirmed at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
Day passes can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the booked slot. Memberships and longer bookings can be paused or rescheduled by contacting our team; specific terms will be confirmed with you before you commit to a plan.
If you create a WorkX account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at info@workx.pk if you believe your account has been compromised.
Members and guests are expected to use WorkX facilities respectfully and safely, and to follow any onsite guidance from our team. We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct that disrupts other members or breaches these terms.
WorkX is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
